How do I know what size watch band I need?
You can determine your size by measuring the width between the lugs of your watch head in millimeters. Most watches range from 18mm to 24mm.
Are your bands compatible with Apple Watch?
Yes, we offer a dedicated collection of Apple Watch compatible bands that include the necessary adapters for a seamless fit.
What materials do you use for your straps?
We source premium materials including top-grain Italian leather, FKM fluoroelastomer rubber, 316L stainless steel, and high-tensile nylon.
Do I need special tools to change my watch band?
Most of our bands feature quick-release spring bars that require no tools. For traditional bands, we include a complimentary spring bar tool with your first order.
Can I swim with my leather watch band?
We do not recommend submerging leather bands in water. For aquatic activities, we suggest our waterproof rubber or nylon NATO collections.
How do I clean and maintain my watch strap?
For leather, use a damp cloth and leather conditioner. For rubber and metal, mild soap and warm water work best to remove sweat and debris.
